Personal Accountability
It’s easy to sweep problems under the rug, especially if you’re part of the problem. Great leaders though are the first to raise their hand if they know they’re part of the problem. They recognize it eventually on their own or listen when others tell them. Great leaders accept their mistakes because they know that no one is perfect, to err is human. They show humility. They take responsibility to solve the problem. If they cannot do it alone, they ask for help. Great leaders resolve the problem. They do not cast blame, they do not project. They stand tall and raise their hand AND want others to do that same.
