Why am I so focused on mental, emotional, and behavioral acuity and organizational culture?

That’s a great question. Did you know that I’m a licensed therapist in addition to being a certified and credentialed coach? It’s true.

I have over 30 years of experience with mental health, emotional, relational, and behavioral acuity. When I became a coach in 2016, it was my one-on-one specialty. After getting certifications a while back in team and culture coaching, I bring that knowledge base and experience to teams and organizational cultures.

Mental health is such a focus these days. Why? Because research has shown the correlation between mental health and work life. I’ve been talking about that for years and now it’s a trend. A trend I hope turns into a belief, a mindset, a mainstay.
