What Can I do Differently To Achieve Better Results?

If you notice your intention is not the outcome / results you received, self-awareness is essential. Feelings have a way of helping to achieve the desired outcome or not. Paying attention to your thoughts and feelings prior to any action is important. Once your feeling is engaged, it takes practice to stop and re-engage your brain. Ask yourself - what are the results I want? Clarity on this is critical. Then work backwards with this question - how do I need to behave to achieve the results I want?

Examining history is helpful when you have time to look at it as calmly and objectively as possible. When I behaved in this manner, what were the results? Picture it in your mind - see it - examine it. How did my behavior affect the results? What could I have done differently?
