Social Intelligence Elements - Part Two

Element #4 – Emotional Regulation.

Emotional regulation is an important component of emotional intelligence. It’s being able to manage and control one's own emotions in various social situations. This includes handling stress, frustration, and other emotions appropriately.

Element #5 – Social Awareness.

Social awareness is the ability to pick up on social cues, understand social dynamics, and adapt behavior accordingly. This includes recognizing non-verbal cues, understanding group dynamics, and being aware of social norms.

 Element #6 – Perspective-Taking.

Perspective-Taking is the capability to see a situation from another person's point of view. This contributes to better understanding and empathy.
