Effective leaders communicate a clear vision for the organization and the importance of their work in achieving that vision.

By repeating and reinforcing this vision and the organization's mission, leaders can help ensure that everyone is aligned and focused on common goals. When employees understand the organization's direction and the significance of their work, they can feel a greater sense of purpose and motivation.
