Safe Space

Everyone needs a place where they feel safe to speak about thoughts, feeling, fears, strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, and behaviors. This may be found within the workplace. If that is your case, wonderful. If that’s not your case, I encourage you to find a safe space to enhance your development. This is the essence of coaching - the development of the person - establishing a foundation to build upon throughout your career.

Yesterday I worked on my coaching declaration - my intent as a coach. Here is what it is:

“As your coach, I believe in you, your ability to lead, to grow, to shine, to nurture, to inspire, to feel and spread joy. My intent is to partner with you to become the leader you know you can, and will, be.”
