Now What?

The past few weeks I’ve spoken about mind traps. Some may see themselves in one or two – some may see themselves in a few and may feel overwhelmed.

Mind traps, blind spots…. We all have them. All of us.

The important thing is to recognize them BUT work on one at a time. Once you have success moving away from one mind trap, you’ll be more mindful and masterful moving away from the next one.

As I said before, the mind traps we find ourselves in can feel daunting at times. Our thoughts can create a sense of imbalance or impede our ascent to the balcony to have a greater view, a greater understanding. To achieve the results you’d like, the first step is changing the thoughts that impede your progress.

That’s what coaching is all about.
