What’s important about this?
Having technical capabilities is wonderful. Having technical AND leadership capabilities will land you in the 90th percentile of effective leadership.[i] Leadership abilities are not innate, they are learned. Neuroscience has proven all can learn at any age.
How do I get there?
Courage and a growth mindset. It takes courage to look in the mirror, to recognize the gap between where you are now and where you’d like to be. Don’t fret. There’s always a gap AND there’s always a bridge to get to the other side. Coaching is a part of that bridge.

I also define it as partnering with you to create your best self and bring that with you wherever you go. It’s yourself that IS the leader, the parent, the spouse.
