The next series I’m posting is on active listening. You’ve, undoubtedly, heard that phrase before. If you read my posts, I tend to go into depth on a topic over a few weeks. This series will be the same. Why? Because these are complexities to any leadership skill set, never a one and done. My posts are comprehensive, yes, but they still cannot capture all. My purpose is to inspire you to go into further depth and exploration.
Now onto active listening.

In an era where psychological safety, organizational agility, and cross-functional collaboration are critical to sustained performance, the ability to truly hear and understand your team is a distinguishing competency that separates transactional managers from transformational leaders.
