Leadership Decisions
In today’s environment - fast paced, complex, unpredictable - it’s impossible for leaders to have all the answers, nor should they. True leaders know to invite others in, listen carefully to all, ask curious questions to deepen understanding, and then make a decision based on all available information. When leaders expect themselves to have all the answers, they miss crucial information and the opportunity to develop important relationships. True leaders spread the decision making wealth. They do not hoard it. Critical if you want others to willingly go along for the ride versus dragging them kicking and screaming.
