EQ - Emotional Intelligence
What is emotional intelligence – EQ? It’s a belief held by the leader that her/his employees are the best asset the company has. These leaders understand that the knowledge, the heart and soul, the livelihood of the organization is held within the employees. The value of the organization IS the staff. Nurturing, growing, developing, motivating staff is one of the main responsibilities and privileges the leader has. This belief differentiates good leaders from great ones. It follows then – EQ differentiates good companies from great ones.
