Collaboration

When people are stressed or scared, sometimes they protect themselves by curling up into a ball, isolating themselves. They may think – I need to close off – take care of myself, hoard all the resources for myself to thrive. Unfortunately, this thinking leaves you alone and being alone isn’t the way to thrive, or even survive.

In times of a crisis, which seems to be never ending in 2020, collaborators can play to their strengths and find others with different strengths, willing to pitch in to get the work done. This openness and willingness create new opportunities. The goal is for many to thrive.

Once the resources are hoarded and used by one, who will they seek out for more?
