Can I Make it Easier for You?

It’s the leader’s job to gain an understanding of how a new employee learns and tailors training to them or the method of feedback a seasoned staff member responds best to.

It is an unrealistic expectation that all employees learn or hears feedback the same way.

Does this mean the leader has to be a chameleon? No. It does mean the leader needs to take the time to develop a relationship which each staff member to understand them.
