Sometimes I just get set off. Why is that?

Mindset triggers are situations or events that can activate a fixed mindset and lead to feelings of insecurity, defensiveness, and a resistance to growth. These triggers can include facing challenges, receiving criticism, making mistakes, or comparing oneself to others.

In a work environment, mindset triggers can arise from factors such as a fear of failure, a lack of support or resources, a culture of perfectionism, or a focus on competition over collaboration.

Recognizing and managing mindset triggers is an important part of developing a growth mindset and creating a more positive and productive work environment.
