Small Changes

Sometimes we get ahead of ourselves. We see the big goal at the end of the road and go for it. Great on that motivation.

Usually the big goal at the end is attained with smaller, stepping stone objectives achieved. Confidence and mastery build with practice, practice, practice.

Remember what Coach John Wooden* said, “When you improve a little each day, eventually big things occur.”

*Coach Wooden lead UCLA's men's basketball teams to 10 NCAA Championships in 12 years (1964-75) and his 'Pyramid of Success' has set the standard for corporate leaders in the business world and for many, for life itself.
