Coaching from a mental health perspective - Part 3

I’m continuing my series on the benefits of personalized approach to coaching from a mental health perspective for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Today’s focus is on Building Rapport and Trust:

Personalization fosters a deeper level of rapport and trust between the coach and the individual, team, or organization. When felt understood and supported in a way that acknowledges individuality, they’re more likely to open up, share their thoughts and emotions, and actively engage in the coaching process. This trust forms the foundation for a strong coaching relationship and enhances the overall effectiveness of the coaching experience.
